The on-site staff at Royal Glitter Bay will care for you right from booking and coordinating a smooth arrival through to creating a relaxing stay, and finally a safe departure.

ON ARRIVAL

Our reliable drivers will get you to your destination safely, on time to accommodate your travelling needs. Kindly email your flight details as soon as possible if you wish to arrange your transfer from the airport to the estate. 

2-3 People One way US$60 | Return trip US$110 

4-5 People One way US$75 | Return trip US$140 

Please note that a surcharge may be applied if you have an early-morning, late-night arrival or excessive luggage. 

Upgrade with the Platinum arrival service. Guests will have their landing documents pre-approved prior to arrival, by a Platinum Exclusive agent, will be expedited through health checkpoint, immigration and customs and escorted to their car service for transfer to Glitter Bay . Contact us 

Our self-check-in and check-out processes are geared to be as seamless as possible ensuring safety protocols as it relates to physical distancing for guests & team members 

Check-in time: 3 p.m. 

Where possible we will try to accommodate early arrivals, which can be arranged in advance with the residence manager. 

Check-out time: 12:00 noon. 

If you wish to enjoy the comforts of your room until you depart, you may arrange and guarantee a later checkout in advance. Same day requests are not permitted. 

Royal Glitter Bay Villas provides a pre-arrival stocking service for guests, especially those who will be arriving at a late hour. Flowers, wine, groceries

DURING YOUR STAY

Available for private dinners or functions in the evenings by request for a nominal fee of $25 USD. Please book 24 hours in advance with the concierge.

We will be happy to arrange professional laundry and dry-cleaning services for you if desired. 

We can source and provide the best supplies and safety equipment for your child or children while here on the island so you both can enjoy your family vacation while away from home. Tell us what you need. Items ranging from Strollers, Cribs, Highchairs, Safety Gates, Booster Seats, Car Seat, Baby Monitors, Bouncers & the list can go on! 

Babysitting services are available on request. We have a team of trained, childcare providers who are available on an hourly basis or for full day service. We recommend a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Bring the SPA right to your villa with a selection of spa services; treatments for individuals or couples include massages, hydrotherapy, manicures, pedicures and facials, designed especially for you. 

We’re here to ensure you enjoy your trip to Barbados in comfort. Be sure to book a vehicle in advance of your trip. Your parking on property is complimentary.

A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation is required for all bookings. 

During the peak/summer season – A full refund will be issued on your booking if cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival, otherwise you will forfeit the full rental fee. 

During the Christmas season – A full refund will be issued on your booking if cancelled 180 days prior to arrival, otherwise you will forfeit the full rental fee.
