FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY

 

As a result of the rapidly changing situation surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we appreciate that you may be concerned about your upcoming travel plans. Therefore, we have implemented flexible booking policies for all reservations until further notice. Cancellations are subject to conditions as outlined below. We will respond to the most urgent emails first, based on the closest travel dates, and as soon as possible given the circumstances. To reschedule your booking, please email us at royalglitterbayvillas@eden.travel. Cancellations must be received in writing only.

CONDITIONS: One or more of the following conditions exist:

  1. Barbados or guest country of origin is considered high risk and has a barrier to travel.
  2. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin)
  3. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling
  4. A Level 3 CDC Warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist

Important: We advise that you check any national, local, and health advisories prior to booking. Any dates booked for stays with COVID-19 travel restrictions already in place, including specific restrictions for self-quarantine, will be subject to the terms & conditions at the time of booking. Royal Glitter Bay Villas will not accept any responsibility for unforeseen circumstances or expenses incurred as a result of cancellations or no shows due to any COVID-19 travel restrictions in this instance.

  1. EXISTING BOOKINGS
    1. Any changes made more than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking.
    2. No penalty for cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival. The full credit of funds paid will be extended for a future stay within the next 12 months.

NEW BOOKINGS received from July 1, 2020; excluding bookings received for the Christmas period 15 December through to 6 January:

  1. REGULAR BOOKINGS
    1. Free cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival.
    2. No penalty for cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival. The full credit of funds paid will be extended for a future stay within the next 12 months.
  1. NONREFUNDABLE BOOKINGS
    1. No penalty for cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival. The full credit of funds paid will be extended for a future stay within the next 12 months.

Kindly note all rescheduled stays become eligible to rebook within 90 days of the intended revised stay and will be subject to availability. Blackout dates may also apply.

This flexible cancellation policy applies to reservations booked directly via Royal Glitter Bay Villas website. Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.
