HARRISONS CAVE ECO-ADVENTURE TOUR
$102 per adult
Harrison’s Cave is a massive underground cave stream system, with awesome caverns and breathtaking formations. Trek along nature trails abundant with tropical flora and native birds. Explore some of the cave’s natural passages on foot on an unforgettable adventure.

Harrison’s Cave is a massive underground cave stream system, with awesome caverns and breathtaking formations. Enjoy an unparalleled underground experience as you journey aboard a tram, past clear streams and cascading waterfalls.

COOL RUNNINGS CATAMARAN CRUISE
$90 per adult, $45 per child (ages 4 – 12 yrs.)
Enjoy a day cruise as you sail along Barbados’ tranquil coast. Swim with sea turtles, explore a shipwreck with schools of tropical fish and relax at a secluded bay. Transportation to and from the property is included as well as snorkeling equipment, snorkeling instruction, unlimited drinks and buffet lunch.

BANKS BREWERY TOUR
$6 per adult
Tour the famous Banks Brewery in Wildey, St. Michaels and learn how Banks Beer is made. Opened in 1961, Banks’ collection of lagers, stouts, and shandys are now sold all over the world.

WEST INDIAN SEA ISLAND COTTON
West Indian Sea Island Cotton (WISIC) rates the highest grade. It is the longest, strongest and silkiest. It is also the rarest -only 4/10,000th of 1% of the world’s cotton is WISIC. This makes Caribbean cotton 5 times more expensive than the next best grade cotton. The best can only be grown in the small land masses of the Caribbean Islands which have the right amount of sunshine, rain, humidity, as well as a dry season and wet season in the right sequence for the right duration.
Cotton from Barbados ends up as fabric in some of the major luxury fashion brands in Europe. Have a tour of the ginnery to learn more about the process and the many products made with it.
SEA SPRAY WATERSPORTS

ST. NICOLAS ABBEY
Located in the parish of St.Peter it was built in 1658 and is one of only three genuine Jacobean mansions in the Western Hemisphere. The property has been restored to its colonial magnificence and is rich with history of early Barbados and the sugar industry. Distinguishing features of this well-preserved mansion are: curved Dutch gables, chimney stacks and coral stone finials, a Chinese Chippendale staircase and fine antiques and china.
Take a tour through the great house and appreciate the historical furnishings, watch a rare 1930’s film of sugar plantation life or simply stroll about the spacious grounds. You can also explore the steam mill and rum distillery which are now in full operation and produce the award winning St. Nicholas Abbey Rum. The gift shop is perfect to find unique souvenirs and rum products.
